Meet Little Perry! He’s obtained a cleft lip, slit taste buds, as well as also something happening with his right eye. It’s decreased as well as beginning to open up at simply a couple of days old. It doesn’t look like a full globe is behind the lid. Peri was rescue by The Container Brigade at he just was born, without mom.

Day 1: We dropped Perry off at work to be hospitalized while we were gone for a couple of hours. He’s improved slightly throughout the night, but he’s still weak and neurological. He is still receiving IVs and tube feeds. I’m hoping for a miracle for this young boy. He’s such a sweet baby. He had a bad night of diarrhea. We’re pumping him full of liquids to keep up with his losses. He received a few shots today in the hopes of getting his GI system back on track!

Day 6: Perry is improving every day, and while the loose bowels are lessening but still present, he will continue to be treated by a veterinarian. He’ll be closely monitored and treated in accordance with his clinical treatment plan.

Day 19: Perry has developed a significant head tilt, but that doesn’t stop him from being a bouncy little guy. He’s such a pig, and he loves his binky. He also loves his tube feedings, and he drinks the tube down like a pasta noodle. I like him and hope he outgrows whatever is going on and that it isn’t related to his hydrocephalus, but he’s got a fantastic rescue behind him, so we’ll make sure he gets everything he needs to live his best life.

Day 30: Perry is enhancing and also better everyday, just how did points obtain your good side no one’s approximately be on cam.

Day 35: Perry was entirely fantastic and after that bam he’s slowly diing, he can not manage his sugars, he’s being bloused every hr as well as gets on an extremely high drip of dextrose also, his little body is septic and also is now obtaining a plasma transfusion 2 seizures as well as is so weak.

I have no idea what happened and it’s killing me; I’ll never understand why these unique little babies have to go through so much in order to live a normal life; I haven’t relaxed because I’m so stressed that I’ll close my eyes and shed him.
